Nubia Red Magic 9 Pro Launched with AMOLED Display, SD 8 Gen3 Chipset and 16GB RAM; full specs and price

Nubia Red Magic 9 Pro mobile has been launched on 23rd November 2023 but its Special White Edition (Cloud Dragon Design) was launched recently. The smartphone features a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.80-inch display offering a resolution of 1116×2480 pixels (FHD+). Red Magic 9 Pro is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of ROM. The device runs on Android 14 and is powered by a 6500mAh non-removable battery and 80W fast charging support.

The Red Magic 9 Pro has a triple camera setup: 50MP + 50MP + 2MP and a 16MP under-display selfie camera.
There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The Connectivity options on the Red Magic 9 Pro include Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS, Bluetooth v5.30, NFC, 3G, 4G, and 5G with active 4G on both SIM cards.

The Nubia Red Magic 9 Pro hits the bull’s eye with its performance. Not only does the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 beat most of the competition, but it can do so over a sustained period thanks to an extensive multi-layered cooling system.

Additionally, the Red Magic 9 Pro series is enhanced with the Red Core R2 Pro chip, developed by Nubia itself. This chip supports gaming features like 520Hz touch-sensitive shoulder buttons.

There’s some RGB lighting, of course, around the fan, under the ’09’ decal, and now also underneath the capacitive shoulder button controls that sit along the right edge.
