Starting a new battle in the budget category, Xiaomi has launched the latest ‘A series’ smartphone Redmi A3 in India. This phone has a Helio G36 chipset and a 6.71-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone has a waterdrop notch display and is bezel-less on three sides of the screen. At the same time, it has up to 6GB RAM and up to 6GB virtual RAM.
In the rear camera setup, two camera lenses and a flashlight are installed in a horizontal shape. Redmi branding is present at the bottom. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 5000mAh battery with support for 10W charging over USB Type-C.

The Redmi A3 is priced at Rs 7,299 for the 3GB + 64GB model, Rs 8,299 for the 4GB + 128GB model, and Rs 9,299 for the top-end 6GB + 128GB model.
This phone is available in three colour options: Olive Green, Midnight Black, and Lake Blue.
The phone will be available from February 23 on Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and retail stores.
